Fundraising Activities

The District 7255 Fundraising Luncheon took place Sunday November 13

Yours truly was the chair of the event. We had several contests one of which was a Crazy Hat, each contestant collected monies for the Foundation. Our own Roger participated in it with a Turkey hat, I guess getting ready for our Turkey Drive this upcoming weekend. Sherwin & Rachel were in charge of selling raffle tickets for the 50-50 & the more than 20 baskets donated by different Clubs.

We had a very good time, in good company & with good food too.

 

This year's 21st installment Rotary Club of Great Neck Community Band Summer Concert Series was an all-around success. We thank all the people who attended , as well as the businesses who supported this effort. We look forward to bringing you the 22nd concert series next summer!
